The Associate Engineer is responsible for supporting Engineers and Senior Engineers with projects across the organization.
Responsible for Engineering and Construction research projects including, data entry, updating or enhancing Construction Cost Data
Providing assistance to fulfill the requirements of Market Intelligence projects
Assist in the preparation and occasional participation of seminar presentations and examples
Assisting in the development of new products or services
Provide customer support for print and electronic products
Assist in the editorial process
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture a plus
3-5 years of background in Engineering, construction or construction estimating
Experience in the design or estimating of plumbing and/or fire protection
Solid experience with the Excel, Outlook and the Microsoft suite of office systems
The ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills that include the ability to provide instruction via phone, online or in person to customers, electronic or print products
Ability to travel up to 20%
