Position Summary:

Contribute improvement ideas & suggestions to help continue the success of the plant. Associates must have the ability & initiative to lead & participate in plant problem-solving teams, ability to apply problem-solving techniques, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership & plan effectively. Interested individuals must be able to work in a fast paced, multifaceted environment & be able to communicate effectively. This position is responsible for maintaining the Maximo database, assisting customers with Maximo issues, revising SOP’s, maintaining the Facilities storeroom, ordering parts and complying with the sites guidelines. Must have the following skills and experience needed to work well in a team-based environment with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Associates will maintain & troubleshoot Maximo database for the site. Write/Revise SOP’s. Miscellaneous Filing. Maintain storeroom and order parts. Keep inventory up to date.
• Knowledge of or be willing and able to train in Maintenance Systems (Maximo Preferred), computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Attend Department Team Meetings, and Turnover Meetings to keep informed of site issues.
• Comply and actively participate in all safety and environmental policies, procedures and programs.
• Training on SOP’s

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with 2-4 years experience or AA degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years experience within a GXP compliant pharmaceutical / biotech manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of two (2) years relative CMMS maintenance related experience
• Background in computer systems
• Must have knowledge of or be willing and able to train in Maintenance Systems (Maximo Experience Preferred)
• Support high performance culture and continuous improvement programs through active participation in plant productivity programs
• Comply and actively participate in all safety and environmental policies, procedures and programs.
• Perform area housekeeping duties

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be aware of potential exposure to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; and high noise areas.
• Must be able to move up to 25 lbs.

• Must be available for shift work & weekend work
