Job Description
Specialty Treatment Coordinator - EAP
TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Specialty Treatment Coordinator to support our Employee Assistance Program. This is a full-time position located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Training client companies in areas such as drug and alcohol training, work/life balance, and professional development (in-person/onsite and webinar)
Counseling and assessment for self-referred employees and their family members (individual, couples, and family counseling)
Assessment of mandatory referrals including substance abuse assessments, performance issues and fit for duty evaluations
Affiliate Services Case Management & Leave of Absence Case Management
Serving as account management liaison with contracted companies
Smoking cessation coaching
Providing after-hours on-call support
Qualifications & Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology
Independent license in social work, counseling, or psychology in the state of Ohio.
5-7 years Clinical counseling or clinical social work
Chemical Dependency licensure/experience and/or eligibility for SAP certificate
Independent licensure in additional states such as Kentucky or Indiana
