TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Supervisor, Education Technology for our Organization Development team in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In this role, you are responsible for overseeing the development, integration, implementation, and maintenance of educational technology systems for the TriHealth organization. You will provide support for education technology day-to-day operations as well as partner with management for development and achievement of short-term and long-term strategic goals. You will ensure that our Learning Management System (LMS, LEARN) is maintained and leveraged effectively across the organization. You will also partner with organizational business leaders to identify, implement, and evaluate education technology solutions.
To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Leadership, Information Systems, Business, or Related
3-4 years of professional experience in learning and development, systems support, instructional design or related
Advanced knowledge of instructional design methodologies, Adult Learning concepts, and computer applications
Proficient with Learning Management System Administration and e-learning authoring tools
