About the Job
Provide sales support for the Beyond Yoga Brand in assigned territory. Day to day responsibilities include scheduling and conducting staff clinics for retail store employees, maintaining Beyond Yoga brand image through visual merchandising, and delivering head office with ongoing feedback.
The Sr. Field Service Representative will hire, train, and build out a team of representatives to cover the US strategic and field account needs. This role will travel and manage a territory themselves as they build out their team as well.
The Field Service Representative (FSR) is an integral part of growing brand awareness and stimulating end-consumers to try the products on either in-store or at events. They are responsible for presenting themselves and the brands in the highest possible regard at all times.
Reporting responsibilities include:
Interact and build relationships with vendor retail staff. Get them excited for the brand and products, educate them on new brand products and be a resource for them for any questions concerning performance technology of product. Work with stores to showcase the brands in the best way possible and build/maintain the integrity of the product. Be the contact for the vendor and communicate inventory questions or concerns to appropriate sales representatives. Act as the liaison between the vendor and the Beyond Yoga Account Manager.
Plan effective weekly schedules in conjunction with sales reps in territory and office personnel. Reporting and conference calls with the rest of FSR team and management.
Represent Beyond Yoga at consumer events to demonstrate products, build consumer awareness, and stimulate try on and sales.
About You
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Time management, planning and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize work flow
Self-motivated
Excellent negotiating and problem solving skills
Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and be proactive
Familiarity with the athleisure market, yoga industry, and Beyond Yoga brand.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook
Effectively prepare and present information and communicate to client groups
1+ year experience working in a specialty store in a sales capacity
Experience organizing and running events
Experience presenting product in a retail or corporate environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
