Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal Software Engineer / Software Engineer. This position will be located in Huntsville, AL and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program.
What You'll Get To Do:
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
This position will support OC2 as a Software Engineer. In this role, the successful applicant will design, develop, document, test and debug applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. You will conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. This role requires you to determine computer user needs; analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls. You will ensures software standards are met.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Salary Range: $74,900 USD - $138,400 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
