This role can be in-house at our San Jose, CA headquarters, or fully remote and will work closely with our applications team.

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for design, creation, and delivery of marketing communication campaigns and programs to support lead generation and new opportunity creation worldwide. Activities include creating content, managing layouts, and execution of communications such as email marketing, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and event support materials to support lead generation campaigns. The position will create campaigns and deploy outbound materials to ensure consistent messaging to generate leads. Accountable for planning and execution of marketing communications deliverables such as overarching lead generation campaigns, including management of vendors and writers and legal/compliance approvals. Must be comfortable utilizing marketing stack (Salesforce.com, Pardot, DOMO, Google Analytics, UTM Codes, etc.) to properly execute campaigns to take advantage of tracking and analytics.
Working with a cross-functional team, will lead outbound marketing efforts for product launches and report out on success of KPIs. In addition, will research and develop strategies to enhance product visibility and competitive differentiation. Will monitor qualitative and quantitative success metrics, implementing regular tracking infrastructure and processes to measure and optimize performance.
