Job Description
IAM Product Owner

About this role:

We are seeking a Product Owner to own the alignment of the Identity & Access Management: Cloud Access Controls vision and roadmap and collaborate with the product team, product area team, and delivery teams to experiment, discover and deliver on the product vision.

As the product owner, you will:


In this role, you will:

  • Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators.
  • Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product area vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.
  • Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Engage in industry, technology, and customer ecosystem research and discovery to incorporate and prioritize key findings into the product area backlog.
  • Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
  • Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas.
  • Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication with product leadership and product area team members.
  • Develop, prioritize and maintain product backlogs


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Demonstrate knowledge with SAML2.0, OIDC, OAuth authentication protocols


Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years product management and/or equivalent technical experience with managing single sign-on/federation/authentication access controls solutions (Azure AD, SiteMinder, Ping, Okta etc.)
  • Strong risk management leadership skills
  • Strong dependency management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
  • Ability to influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Experience working with and leading delivery teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead
  • 3+ years experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
  • 5+ years Experience managing IAM access control products for cloud based platforms and services
  • 3+ years Industry awareness and experience in hybrid cloud hosting environments
