About this role:
We are seeking a Systems Operations Engineer in Technology as part of the Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT)Â in the Central Alerting Response Team (CART). As a member of this technology team, you will be providing level 1 technical monitoring and resolution support across critical business applications in a follow-the-sun model. The team is being extended to cover critical systems 7 days a week, ensuring that planned maintenance work is completed successfully and that the systems are continuously available for normal operation.
You will have the opportunity to work with various products such as Oracle, Linux, MQ, load balancers, Ansible, Grafana, Splunk, and Service Now. We use industry-recognized monitoring and automation tools such as ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics, Big Panda, Prometheus, etc.
