Lead Business Execution Consultant – CB Core Risk Foundational Components

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Commercial Banking as part of the Core Risk Foundational Components group within Commercial Banking Shared Services.  Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role you will:

  • Support the regulatory risk execution program including production of scorecards and/or dashboards, facilitation of review sessions, integration of new content, aggregation of associated artifacts, and record organization and retention
  • Interact with multiple groups within Commercial Banking and Commercial Banking business partners
  • Support implementations of key policy changes, assessments and credible challenge as needed
  • Support for critical business administration activities such as move-the-line and internal governance programs and processes for the organization
  • Administer multiple SharePoint sites and support the migration to the cloud
  • Develop tactical methodologies to manage change and deploy deliverables
  • Facilitate meetings to actively lead projects / discussions in support of key responsibilities and deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced SharePoint administration skills
  • Experience producing reports for and presenting material to senior management
  • Commercial Banking background or experience
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement change
  • Leadership skills that include the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment and influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
