HBCUgrow LEAD Conference 2021: Future Forward
Learn how schools are pivoting to address recovery and flexibility
Raleigh, NC – HBCUgrow is back in person this year for its annual LEAD Conference on November 4, 2021, in Richmond. The theme for this year’s conference is Future Forward: Pivoting, Recovery, & Flexibility. Attendees will hear discussions on enrollment, advancement, and more during panel sessions. HBCUgrow thanks Virginia Union University for hosting the event at their beautiful Living & Learning Center.
“There is a positive shift happening with HBCUs and now is the time to address areas of opportunity and growth,” says Jeanne Frazer, president of vitalink and a founding partner of HBCUgrow. “We want students, staff, faculty, and HBCU advocates to leave the conference more informed and more equipped to support their institutions.”
HBCUgrow began hosting conferences in 2015 with the goal of bringing together school and business leaders to share knowledge.
The 2021 HBCUgrow LEAD Conference will take place on November 4th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Virginia Union University in Richmond. Sessions include:
• Funding Forward: Planning for Tomorrow’s Opportunities
• What’s Your Competitive Enrollment Advantage?
• Presidential Panel: Learn what ways presidents are moving their institutions forward
• The presentation of the Future Forward Award
The $65 admission fee includes lunch.

Anyone interested in attending may learn more at https://hbcugrow.com/2021-lead-agenda/. Those unable to attend are welcome to follow us on Facebook and Twitter, and look for our hashtags, #leadhbcu and #HBCUgrow.
