Prairie View A&M University Established in 1876, Prairie View A&M University is located in Prairie View, Texas. North Carolina A&T is in Greensboro, NC with a population of 300K. How is that rural. And also A&T is not just the largest HBCU in NC but in the United States. Who ever wrote this article is not a journalist. If they have a journalist degree from where because they should revoke it!
