Associate Business Management Analyst, Pathways Program

This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities within Business Management. Northrop Grumman is seeking Assoc PATHWAYS Bus Management Analyst. This position will be located at our Enterprise Services Sector in Falls Church, VA.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's ES Business Management Community of Excellence - ES Core Services Team. The selected candidate will work in an environment supporting multiple activities aligned to the analysis of forecasting accuracy and financial transparency, and will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she will interact with users, customers and other developers.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support business manager and analyst in satisfying service line reporting requirements including monthly executive dashboard creation.
  • Core Service single point of contact to coordinate monthly JE submittal.
  • Coordinator of litigation charging request with Sector Facing Business Management.
  • Assist with budget versus actual variance analysis in support of the InfoSec Service line.
  • Other duties as assigned and special project participation.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Management or associate field
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70 out of 4.0 or higher
Salary Range: $55,300 - $82,900

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
