As a Global EHS Systems Engineer  your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Plans and manages global projects directly related to driving continuous improvement in EHS systems and EHS data.
  • Creates/maintains Power BI Desktop reports and dashboards to drive breakthroughs in data management to collect, validate, and make decisions that improves our performance.
  • Analyze data, solve problems, scope/prioritize technical requirements, and think/act decisively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Understand software technical concepts, architecture, systems, data governance, data lake, self-service reporting, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined projects.
  • Develop system and data business cases and effectively obtain approvals from management for people, financial, and technical resources.
  • Leads project teams and manages relationships, communication, and negotiation with stakeholders that span multiple organizations and levels both internally and externally.
  • Create a comprehensive project plan from start to finish, determines dependencies, assigns resources, communicates expectations and manages all key milestones. Maintains critical project success indicators to ensure disciplined execution of projects and timely escalations when required.
  • Innovative, risk-taker to challenge current practices and develop creative approaches/solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, EHS Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent degree with 4+ years of experience with software development, migration planning, and associated quality assurance processes.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, EHS Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent degree with 3+ years of experience with software development, migration planning, and associated quality assurance processes.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
