Your role will be:
Design, implementation, and/or administration of compensation plans, programs, and projects within defined business groups
Leverage business acumen and compensation expertise to develop strategies in partnership with HR and business leaders to attract and retain key talent
Utilize data analytics to identify competitive risks and opportunities, influence decisions, and ensure compensation actions are aligned to business priorities
Manage projects and process improvements that benefit global rewards and align with our corporate Total Rewards philosophy
Develop and deploy educational/training programs and materials to equip HR partners with fundamental total rewards skills to enhance their effectiveness in consulting with managers and supporting key initiatives
Collaborate globally and cross-functionally across several teams both within and outside of HR

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in Compensation, BHR, or Finance

Work Model for this Role
