CNA/Care Partner II - Telemetry

Certified Nursing Assistant Care Partner II - Telemetry

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Work Schedule: Full Time - 80 Bi-weekly Hours

Shift: 8-hour, Night

Under the supervision of an RN or LVN, the CNA/Care Partner will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

Required qualifications:

  • Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System Greater Sonoma County.
  • Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.
  • Current CNA Certificate required for SNF departments; preferred for other departments.
  • CPR Certification within 60 days of hire.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Intensive Care Nursery (ICN): Level II or III ICN experience preferred

We act as a regional referral hub for outlying hospitals, while also providing outpatient behavioral health care, education to promote health and prevent chronic disease, rehabilitation, oral health care, community benefit programs, and more, all fostering health and quality of life throughout the area.
