How will you make an impact?
The Supervisor, Production Support (EA), (EC) & (FC) supervises and trains staff, ensures schedule adherence, and maintains a cGMP environment in relations to technicians who perform production operations in the support of the manufacture of commercial and clinical biologics.
What will you do?
Direct supervision and management for day-to-day operations of staff, prioritizing assignments, developing staff, and focus on right the first-time executions. 1-1s, shift meetings, scheduling, on-the-floor, promote safety and practices.
Responsible for supervising a team of technicians (5-9) who perform production operations in the support of the manufacture of commercial and clinical biologics. These support activities consist of oversight of the Production Support operations. Responsibilities include supervision & training of staff, ensure schedule adherence, maintain a cGMP environment, document review and incident investigation resolutions, routine and some non-routine troubleshooting decisions. Also accountable for the success and oversight of the manufacturing processes.

Bachelor’s degree Science, Engineering, or Business (preferred) or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
