Multi-Skilled Technician Job Summary This position is responsible for the maintenance, and/or repair, of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment in an assigned group of GetGo convenience stores within the Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus and Indianapolis operating market. Job Responsibilities Maintain safety as top priority in all aspects of your work, for team members and products. Respond to service requests related to plumbing, electrical, lighting and general maintenance issues. Respond to service requests for a wide variety of in-store equipment which include: Hot beverage equipment basic function (ex. Coffee, Cappuccino) Cold beverage equipment (ex. tea, Fountain, FBD, FCB, Creamers, Ice makers etc.) Hot food equipment (ex. fryers, griddles tortilla presses, ovens, Warmers, etc.) Fuel Dispensers (ex. printers, displays card readers, hanging hardware etc.) Air machines/Vacuums Work order management – prioritizing and routing Operational relationship building Follow proper uniform guidelines Job Qualifications Experience Desired: Mechanical, technical, and/or education. Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds Travel Required: Regional - Daily Contact Information
