Intermediate Administrative Assistant The University of Virginia School of Medicine seeks an Intermediate Administrative Assistants to support the Department of Plastic Surgery. The intermediate administrative assistant will perform clerical and administrative work to support the clinical department, and the providers within that department as assigned. The incumbent will work under the general direction of a supervisor and have a demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as the authority to make decisions based on standard operating procedures and policies, or per the guidance of leadership. The intermediate administrative assistant may have latitude to set procedures to accomplish work tasks. Responsibilities:

**Must be able to attend clinic and meet in-person with patients and physicians.** Physical Demands: This position will remain open till filled. This is a Non-Exempt level, benefited position. This position is a restricted position and is dependent upon project need, availability of funding and performance. Anticipated Hiring Range:$17/hr. - $20/hr. commensurate with education and experience. Sign on bonus of $2000 for qualified candidates with a one year commitment.
